 Civil/ Non-Religious

There is no religion in this ceremony, although the couple may have a Marriage Blessing if they would like to add this to their ceremony.  This type of ceremony will have as much meaning to the couple as would a religious ceremony would to another couple.  Non-religious or civil means no religion but still means lots of love.

Religious Ceremony

 A religious ceremony means a particular denomination or a combination of denominations.  These ceremonies are usually formal and define a particular religion, element, ritual or tradition from one or more denominations.

Interfaith Ceremony

This ceremony consists of a multi-faith or interdenominational ceremony.  It can be a combination or blend of religions.

Spiritual Ceremony

A spiritual ceremony can mean different things to different people.  In a ceremony context, it can be religious, sacred or divine feeling underneath a religious element, ritual or tradition.  This type of ceremony usually uses beautiful, inspiring words and is universal and does not have any particular religion in the ceremony.

Non-Denominational Ceremony

This ceremony means it is of no particular denomination.
