• License Fee $36.00

• License Effective for 60 Days

 

West Virginia residents must purchase a marriage license from the County Clerk's Office in the county in which they live.  Out of  state couples may purchase a marriage license from any County Clerk's office.  Contact the County Clerk's Office for their hours of operation.  They will have the required information that is needed to purchase a marriage license.
