Incarcerated Weddings can be quick and easy.

The Bride or Groom, who is not incarcerated, will have to apply to the County Clerk for a marriage license.  The County Clerk will need a letter stating that the other party is incarcerated.  There are other stipulations that must be completed before the wedding can take place.  Contact the Director of the facility for complete instructions.
